MARSEPLAST SilverFLOW 4 domestic sewage treatment plant

SilverFLOW 4 is a home sewage treatment plant operating in SBR technology.

The silverFLOW treatment plant is a single-tank treatment plant, divided into appropriate zones (a septic tank that pre-treats the incoming sewage and a biological reactor that cyclically treats the pre-treated sewage fed to it).

The zones are separated by a tight partition that prevents the incoming fresh sewage from mixing with the activated sludge.

Purification is carried out using biological and mechanical processes.

Mechanical processes, including sedimentation (sludge particles falling to the bottom of the tank) and flotation (contaminants floating to the surface of the sewage), take place mainly in the septic tank.

Biological processes occur primarily in the reactor vessel. Biological processes include wastewater treatment through sludge contained in the reactor chamber, and the removal of nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus through nitrification, denitrification, and dephosphatation. Predetermined operation of the treatment plant controller ensures appropriate conditions for maintaining these processes.

The silverFLOW sewage treatment plant includes:

– control box

– airlift pumps (at least 3 pieces for each treatment plant)

– fine bubble diffuser

For safe operation of the device, it must be installed fuse box.
