Right of withdrawal from the contract

We inform you that you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of:

1. on which you came into possession of the item or into possession of the last item, if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of many items delivered separately, or into possession of the last batch or part, if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of items delivered in batches or in parts,
2. on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods or into possession of the last item, if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of several items delivered separately, or into possession of the last batch or part, if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of items delivered in batches or in parts.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform XYMEN SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Sielec 42, 28-200 Staszów, email: biuro@xymen.pl, tel.: +48 600521272, BDO 000519089, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof of having sent them back, depending on which event occurs first if the contract concerned the sale of goods.

In the case that the contract involved the purchase of goods, please return or deliver the item to XYMEN SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Sielec 42, 28-200 Staszów, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the 14-day period expires.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items.

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
