6-Chamber Wastewater Treatment Plant – EKO-HOUSE VH6 Premium!

The EkoHouse VH6 Premium Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plant is an advanced solution for homes without access to sewerage. Tank designed for 2 to 6 people. The treatment plant is built from PP – a material with high rigidity and durability. It is divided into 6 chambers, in which the following wastewater treatment processes are carried out sequentially:

1. Wastewater flowing from the house enters a bar screen, where it is immediately aerated, coarser fractions of contaminants are retained and aerobically stabilized. Thanks to the absence of fermentation, the treatment plant does not emit unpleasant odors.
2. Wastewater flows to the first aeration chamber, where in contact with oxygen distributed through a fine-bubble diffuser, activated sludge develops. This flocculent bacterial suspension purifies the wastewater.
3. Wastewater enters the central denitrification chamber, where an important stage of treatment takes place. During this process, particles formed in the flotation process are captured, which allows effective removal of contaminants floating on the surface. This constitutes an essential element of preliminary wastewater treatment. Nitrogen compound removal also occurs in this chamber.
4. In the main aeration chamber, wastewater is further treated, organic compounds are reduced, as well as remaining nitrates.
5. In the clarification chamber, a sedimentation process takes place – the mixture of treated wastewater and bacteria separates from each other. The supernatant liquid (treated wastewater) flows out of the treatment plant, and excess sludge (activated sludge bacteria) is returned to the first chamber.

Wastewater Treated in the VH Treatment Plant Can be Dispersed Using: Drainage, Tunnels, Absorption Well, or Discharged into a Ditch (after Obtaining Appropriate Permits).
