Installation of pump systems in the tank is permitted provided the manufacturer’s guidelines are followed.

Tank installation can be done yourself. It will be necessary to purchase a connection kit with tap or hole saw. Each connection kit prevents tank overflow by directing excess water back to the gutter. It is important that the tank is located on level, hardened ground as close to the gutter as possible.
