Rainwater is a valuable, renewable source of water. Collecting and using it not only helps achieve sustainable development goals, encouraging the rational use of water resources for the sake of our planet and future generations, but also contributes to reducing water bills for watering home and urban greenery and can relieve sewage systems during heavy rainfall.

Rainwater harvesting systems are used to store and then use rainwater both indoors and outdoors. This water can also be used for domestic and agricultural purposes.

Rainwater tanks consist of a complete PE container made of 100% pure polyethylene without additives, which makes them durable and guarantees long and trouble-free operation of the entire rainwater storage system. If you have a garden at home, a rainwater tank equipped with a quick-connect cover, ball valve, filter basket, overflow, and pump allows for significant savings – especially during periods of drought, when plants need intensive watering and there may be interruptions in the water supply. However, this is not the only way to use rainwater. Thanks to a control unit equipped with a pump and the necessary accessories, water can be drawn from the tank and fed into an independent water supply system, allowing the systems to be used all year round.

Rainwater flowing from the roof is collected by the gutter system and then led by downpipe to the tank. Water is cleaned by a basket filter with fine mesh, then flows to the tank (by gravity).

This allows us to enjoy purified water that we can use for:

– garden purposes: watering the lawn or shrubs

– economic purposes: cleaning garden equipment and appliances

– living and economic purposes

The tank is rotationally molded from high-quality polyethylene with solidly ribbed walls 8-12 mm thick, which improves the quality and durability of the tank and protects it against ground pressure and deformation. The tank can be made up to 1.2 m above ground level. The absence of seams and joints guarantees complete tightness. A ball valve and quick coupling located on the cover and a hose leading from the cover to the bottom of the tank allow for the connection of a pump.

Rainwater tanks come in various capacities, so they can be easily adapted to the size of the area to be drained and the purpose for which we want to use it. However, it is always worth investing in a tank made of good quality material.
