The WOBET-HYDRET ZBS system is based on SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) technology. It is one of the best biological domestic sewage treatment plants available on the market.

The tank is made of HDPE, polyethylene high density which ensures high strength, resistance to aggressive environments, and non-absorbent.

This type of treatment plant is virtually maintenance-free, odorless, and, above all, quiet. The use of top-class components allows the cleaning process to be automated in such a way that the amount of maintenance required is minimal and non-intrusive.

SBR reactors ensure a very good level of pollutant removal of ~98%. Thanks to this, the treated wastewater can be safely used for watering the garden or discharged into ditches or rivers (after obtaining the appropriate permit).

The treatment process at the WOBET-HYDRET ZBS treatment plant proceeds as follows:

– Primary settling tank, where raw sewage first arrives. Here, fats are retained, solid particles are separated, and particles forming sediment settle. Then, the pre-treated sewage is pumped into the reactor using a mammoth pump.

– Intensive aeration, which lasts throughout most of the time of the cycle allows for a10> development of aerobic bacteria and purification of sewage

– Stopping the operation of the treatment plant during which the bacteria concentrated in the sludge active end up on the bottom of the reactor

– Pumping treated wastewater out of the reactor is the penultimate process.

– Sediment mixing using a mammoth pump allows the wastewater in the settling tank to be refreshed and reduces the amount of sediment in the reactor.
