The basis for the operation of the system BIOTECH <\/strong>is activated sludge technology which guarantees the receipt of very high-quality water. which guarantees the achievement of very good treatment parameters.<\/p>\n

BIOTECH treatment plants can be installed at great depths (1.5 m below ground level) thanks to the use of high-quality polyethylene and a well-designed monolithic structure (vertical cylindrical tank, no bulkheads), which guarantees that the most failure-prone element, i.e. the raw sewage pumping station, can be avoided in virtually all cases.<\/p>\n

The process of purification at the treatment plant BIOTECH proceeds in the following manner:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Settler preliminary, here first go sewage raw. This here leads to retention of fats, separation of solid particles and settling of particles forming sediment. Then preliminarily treated wastewater by gravity goes to the reactor. <\/p>\n

– Intensive aeration, which continues throughout the entire time allows for a9> development of aerobic bacteria and purification of sewage<\/p>\n

– Flow of sewage to the Imhoff tank, where the active sludge settles and is removed.<\/p>\n

– Return of excess sediment to the reactor<\/p>\n

– Outflow of wastewater treated from the Imhoff tank to the secondary settling tank where it reaches its final treatment. where it undergoes final treatment<\/p>\n

– Gravity flow of sewage from treatment plants<\/p>\n
